John was amazing from our initial consultation to closing. John walked me through every aspect of the home buying process even calling me after hours of it looked like there may have been an issue.i was never made to feel ignorant if I didn’t understand something and was kept in the loop through out the entire process. We even closed two weeks early!!

They stayed on top of it and helped me extremely!!! Thank you for your patience and diligence to make this happen. The only thing was he the downpayment was $300 dollars more than what was discussed. But we made it happen, and thank you for all your help to get me my new home. Happy Holidays

I had an excellent experience dealing with Volunteer Mortgage. I would recommend them to anyone. The closing happened fairly quick. If I need to refinance in the future I will definitely come back.

I am a first time home buyer and John Weaver made my experience such a smooth and seamless process! John was outstanding! I had no clue about the home buying process and John was there to break it down to me in terms I could understand. John is knowledgeable, professional, and was always quick to respond to any of my many calls/texts/emails. I was glad to have John Weaver and Volunteer Mortgage in my corner, it was a fantastic experience and I am beyond pleased with their services! Thank you!

I was completely blown away by the service and attention to detail. As a Veteran, I was very grateful that a mortgage company was will honor my military service by stating that one of their goals was for me to a minimum closing cost, if any at all. I don’t know about other people but for me and my wife that was a huge load lifted. And our representative, John Weaver, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what we were expecting from anyone. Thank you for everything.

Over the summer of 2017 we have had a temporary job loss and it took a toll on our finances and credit scores. We had been trying with PennyMac, then US bank, neither of which would help us with a home equity or a refi cash out, (even though we have accounts with both).Their reasons being credit scores below 680 at the time, (which was caused by job loss and a few late payments because of it). One day, on a trip to the grocery store, I saw an SUV in traffic with an advertisement for Volunteer mortgage. I wrote down the phone number, thought let's give it a try. That turned out to be the best thing to even happen. I called the phone number and spoke with John Weaver and 30 days later we were closing on our new mortgage refinance with the much needed equity cash out to help us keep our home. John worked diligently on our refinance process. He has been there every step of the way with guidance and an answer to every question we had. Since we've refinanced with volunteer, we've and consolidated everything and made a few needed home improvements. Now our Credit scores have soared to over 750! We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend John and Volunteer Mortgage! You wont be disappointed.
