Welcome to my website

My team and I are constantly striving to perfect the customer experience while providing expert advice on how to handle one of the most important investments of our client’s lives. When you trust my team with your home loan, you can expect constant communication and direction in navigating the process in a timely manner.

My son, Dylan, and his mother, Becca, are the highlights of my life. When I am not working, my goal is to spend as much time as possible with them and my extended family. I’m a music and sports junkie so if you think you can stump me in trivia, I always welcome a challenge. I’m devoted to the communities I serve and can usually be found donating my time and money to charities and organizations that make these neighborhoods stronger. My choice organizations are ones that take care of our military. If you are a veteran or active military, let me take this moment to thank you for your service to this country.

Mortgage guidelines change many times per year, and you can expect my team to know what program is the best fit for you. It may seem like we ask a lot of questions, but we only do this so we can get to know you and we would hate to put you in a lesser program because we didn’t know something that may get you a better loan.

Our clients are very important to us. We know that operating on referrals is the best way to do business, and we feel luck that a majority of our business is referral based.

Being able to submit all the paperwork online made it so much easier.

Fantastic rate, knowledgeable and helpful. Loved working with all the team members

Easy transaction with no issues whatsoever. Clear directions, simple process, professional service.

Lots of communication during the entire loan process.

As a first time home buyer, I had heard all the horror stories of home buying. The Mark Sullivan Team made everything I had heard just that, stories. The level of communication and assistance I received was amazing. I couldn't have asked for this process to be any better.

Refinancing can be a hassle, but working with this company was pleasant and professional. All you really want is for someone to have your best interest at heart and guide you through a difficult process. Mark's company provided that and I would work with him again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve always put off home buying because it seemed like such a hassle and unrealistic for me. Then my sister referred me to Mark and Burke. They laid it out completely what to expect and it was a smooth ride the entire time. Seems like i just woke up and owned my first home! Would recommend this team to anyone i know!!
